A Turning Point: Taking Control of My Health
My journey comes from a deeply personal place. Growing up in the Chernobyl exclusion zone, I faced
significant health issues—persistent weight gain, hormonal imbalances, and more all triggered by radiation exposure. These struggles sparked my lifelong commitment to nutrition and wellness. Even while pursuing a career as an international model and TV presenter in Milan, I never stopped learning about the healing power of food. After becoming a mother of two, I once again faced the same health challenges—fatigue, weight gain, and hormonal imbalances. But this time, something shifted. I was no longer willing to feel powerless in my own body.
Exhausted and overwhelmed, I immersed myself in nutrition science to reclaim my health. That turning
point inspired me to pursue formal training in nutritional therapy to help other women do the same.
Guiding Women Through Key Life Stages. With over seven years of clinical experience, I now guide women through pivotal life stages like PMS, perimenopause, and menopause.
My personalised nutrition and actionable wellness strategies are designed to relieve hormonal symptoms and help restore balance to your body and mind.
